Priority measures

Looking ahead to the 100th anniversary.
We are implementing our 4 priority measures based on the keywords "Challenge."

1

Taking on Challenges to New Business Domains/Creating Next-Generation Businesses

Every single team strengthens existing businesses with the aim of creating next-generation businesses centered on "servicing and digitization."
In addition, we launch a new team (Business Co-Creation team) dedicated to creating new businesses, and work on starting businesses in new domains through our "Corporate Accelerator Program," a program to co-create new businesses with start-up companies.

2

Acceleration of
overseas business growth

Focus on "Food" markets in addition to existing businesses for the electronics industry.
We will develop new categories of food products, such as vegetable protein meat, and engage in businesses that can contribute to the 17 goals of SDGs.
We will accelerate the development of overseas businesses while maintaining strong ties with our overseas offices.

3

Introduction of a personnel system that supports challenges and reform of work styles

In order to realize our vision, it is necessary for all employees to be able to "take on challenges."
We will accelerate our "challenges" by introducing a new personnel system that removes the barriers between job types and by reforming work styles through our internal and other systems.

4

Promoting Health Management

We have established the "Health Management Declaration," regarding the health of each and every employee and their family as the cornerstone of sustainable corporate growth.
We promote and support the creation of a comfortable working environment by systematizing and enhancing various efforts related to employees' health.
