We will implement a multi-person system for key accounting tasks to eliminate reliance on individual expertise and streamline business processes, thereby improving productivity and enhancing the organization’s ability to adapt to personnel changes.
In addition, by gradually expanding the use of scanner-based record retention in accordance with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act and transitioning to business processes that do not rely on the retention of paper originals, we will promote a reduction in paper usage and indirectly contribute to lowering CO2 emissions.
