FY2023 action plans

Strengthen efforts to create new businesses and services using digital technology

Each team and project shall cooperate to strengthen efforts to create new businesses and services.
- 1. The Business Co-Creation Team shall run new business creation programs (Harada Accelerator Program and the like) and provide information on new businesses.
- 2. Each team shall conduct development activities, either using the programs and information provided by the BC Team or on their own.
- 3. Promote the teaming of a specialized digital marketing project team (ISA) and strengthen marketing activities that utilize digital technology
FY2030 goals

Increasing the sales ratio of next-generation industrial business services to at least 30%.

AIF Team

Team goal (FY2023)

Develop new products related to the construction and maintenance of 5G infrastructure and local 5G and contribute to ensuring steady and sustainable communication quality.

Team goal (FY2030)

Developing new products related to the construction and maintenance of next-generation communications infrastructure, and, in the information and communications field, raising the sales ratio of the wireless network-related business from 0% to 50%.

Advanced Tools Team

Team goal (FY2023)

Verify if energy loss can be reduced by reducing the number of cleanroom ventilations through the adoption of room ionizers.

Team goal (FY2030)

Constructing a platform that contributes to solving customers' issues under the theme of foreign matter countermeasures at manufacturing sites.

Food Safety Team

Team goal (FY2023)

Continue to improve the HACCP Station software, not only to shorten the time required for recording and storing hygiene management information for users who have adopted it but also to shorten the time required for analyzing recorded data.

Developing and selling new systems and equipment that contribute to the labor saving by food industry users.
Increasing the sales ratio of services that contribute to labor saving to at least 30%.

Food Material Team

In operating the craft beer platform, contribute to regional revitalization by aiming to have more breweries participate from all over the country and develop environmentally friendly containers for materials.

Constructing new businesses and services that contribute to global environmental improvement and regional revitalization through foods.
