We are pleased to announce that Harada Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has made an investment in 01Booster 1st Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "01 Fund") established by 01Booster Capital, Inc.

The purpose of this investment is to revitalize the startup ecosystem and expand business collaboration with startups.

The 01 Fund will invest mainly in startups in the pre- and post-seed rounds (some investments will also be made in middle and later stage startups). The fund plans to invest in domestic and foreign startups that can compete globally, and in startups in a wide range of areas that "accelerate business creation," including web3.0 domains where blockchain, which is undergoing remarkable technological innovation, is being used, health tech, renewable energy, education and so on.

We have been helping to solve issues in various industries under the theme of "Global Niche”. We will provide multifaceted support for the growth of 01 Fund portfolio companies by providing access to our domestic and international business domains, industry knowledge, and business alliances.
