    March 1923

    Established as Harada Shoji Kaisha, Ltd., by Kametaro Harada, with initial capital of \500,000, for general import/export trading.

    1928

    Moved to the present location

    1937

    Opened the Tokyo Branch.

    1943

    Changed the company name to Harada Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd.

    1951

    Began incremental increases in capitalization.

    1969

    Kametaro Harada became Chairman and Tomio Harada became President.

    1972

    Increased capital to ¥300 million.

    1974

    Received Letter of appreciation from the Norway Export Council.

    1983

    Awarded the MITI Prize for a company making an eminent contributions to the import of manufactured goods

    1987

    Tomio Harada became Chairman and Hisao Harada became President.

    1993

    Established Mondomix Japan, Inc., a joint venture with Mondomix Howden B.V. of the Netherlands.

    1993

    Opened the Yao Research & Development Center.

    1996

    Opened the Singapore Representative Office.

    1997

    Opened the Kyushu Office.

    1998

    Completed the annex to the Head Office

    Raised the singapore Representative Office to the status of the Branch Office

    2000

    Established LAC HEALTHCARE LTD. as a wholly owned subsidiary company.

    2002

    Opened the Taiwan Branch.

    2003

    Established HARADA(SHANGHAI)CORPORATION, as a wholly owned local subsidiary company

    2003

    Celebrated the 80th anniversary of foundation.

    Opened the Korean Branch.

    2006

    Established HARADA CORPORATION (THAILAND) CO.,LTD., as a local subsidiary company.

    Opened the Philippines Office
